Modular Foot / Filtering Valve Solutions

Looking to prevent larger particles from interfering with a line? Need a custom low pressure, low flow solution? At Smart Products USA, we offer the Model #315 foot / filtering solution. The #315 is typically used as an inlet with an internal Model #150 or #160 cartridge valve. It can also be used as an outlet, but we most commonly see it used as an inlet. As a part of our Series 300 Modular Check / Pressure Relief Valves, the #315 can be paired with the following outlet (or inlet) options:

• -Barbed sizes in 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, or 1/2”
• -NPT sizes in 1/4” or 1/8”
• -Smooth Stem in 3/8”

The #315 can be dipped into a tank or any type of atmosphere to prevent larger particles such as leaves, rocks, sticks, etc. from interfering with a line. Like all our valves, the #315 is one-way, but functions more like a strainer. Additionally, customers can build their own version of the #315 to best suit their unique application requirements. We offer the #315 in five plastic body materials – Polypropylene, Nylon, PVDF, Ultem®, and ABS, as well as seven o-ring materials – Buna-N, EPDM, Viton®, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, Aflas, and Kalrez®. Opening pressures range from 0.11 to 20 PSI. These options allow Model #315 to work well with a variety of liquids and/or gases across any industry.
