Threaded valves in NPT + metric options

Series 100 Specialty NPTs: Model #103 and
#109 at 1/8" size

Series 100 Specialty Valves feature two NPT options: the Model #103 (pictured in Acetal with a Silicone o-ring) and a reverse flow option, the Model #109 (pictured in Ultem® with a Fluorosilicone o-ring). Both valves are 1/8" Male NPT and fit a 7/16" wrench or socket. These valves are our smallest NPT options at 0.438" (11.13mm) and are our best example of a true pressure relief valve. They are available in 5+ plastics, 5+ o-rings, and opening pressure range from 0.09 - 20 PSI.

Series 200 NPTs: Model #212 at 1/4" size and #214 at 1/8" size + Model #224 Compression Fitting

With an internal check valve, Model #214 (pictured in white Polypropylene) and #212 (pictured in blue ABS) allow customers to mix and match Male NPT sizes 1/8” or 1/4” or use the same configuration on both ends. Both valves have an overall size of 0.67” and are 1.37” in length. They are a great option for applications that require NPT and involve vibrations, torqueing, or any high-stress environment. Both the #212 and #214 are available in 3+ plastics, 5+ o-rings, and opening pressure range from 0.09 - 20 PSI. Additionally, compression fitting Model #224 is available for use with Models #212 and #214 on inlet and outlet sides (pictured in white Polypropylene).

Series 200 Metric Option: Model #M10

Looking for a metric valve? Smart Products USA offers the #M10, a metric thread, which eliminates the need for an adapter and is a lot less expensive versus a brass fitting. The #M10 can be combined with the Model #214 (pictured in black Nylon with a Silicone o-ring) or #212 (pictured in PVDF with an EPDM o-ring) as part of our Series 200 line of valves. This option is available in 4+ plastics, 5+ o-rings, and opening pressure range from 0.09 - 20 PSI.

Series 300 NPTs: Model #312 at 1/4" size
and #314 at 1/8" size

Featuring mix + match end fittings, Series 300 NPT options are Model #314 at 1/8” size and #312 at 1/4” size. Both can be combined with any other Series 300 option or use the same configuration. The #314 is available in 6+ plastics and 7+ o-rings with the Model #314/314 pictured in Radel® with a fluorosilicone o-rings. The #312 is pictured with another Series 300 option, the #315, in white and blue Polypropylene and is available in 5+ plastics and 7+ o-rings. Both have opening pressure ranges from 0.11 - 20 PSI.
