NEW for 2014! The Model #361

At Smart Products, we never stop innovating and improving. In that spirit, we introduce the newest selection in our flagship 300 valve series. With a smooth stem design, Model #361 is our newest end fitting in our popular Series 300 Modular Check Valves and Pressure Relief Valves. Model #361 fits tubing I.D. 3/8" (9.525mm), and as an end fitting, it can be paired with any other series 300 configuration to include a variety of barbed and NPT sizes, as well as foot or manual relief styles.

The smooth surface of the Model #361 easily inserts into many quick-connect fittings including 3/8” push-to-connect. The 361 can also be inserted into 3/8” tubing using a variety of clamping mechanisms - making it ideal for a wide variety of industries including industrial (plumbing), automotive, food and beverage, and many others.

Series 300 Modular Check Valves - FAQs

Series 300 Modular Check Valves Common questions from customers about our most popular valve series:

Q: Are the 300 series check valves a quick disconnecting design?

A: The 300 series valves are not a quick disconnecting design and are not designed to be taken apart. The valves are modular, which allows for application versatility. End fittings can be mixed and matched as per customer needs and design.

Q: For applications that require high heat or vibration, what keeps the end fitting from becoming disconnected?

A: We use special tooling during manufacturing and we offer a hot
melt option, upon request, to bond the end fittings together.

Q: The #315 is described as a Foot/Filtering end fitting, is there a filter in the #315?

A: There is no internal filter present in the 315. However, the design of the fitting allows for air or liquid to vent to atmosphere, while preventing larger debris from entering by way of the vent portion of the fitting.

Q: My application has two different tubing sizes that I need to connect, am I able to do that with the 300 series?

A: Absolutely. The 300 series is a modular valve, which gives us the ability to design it with two different end fittings to meet your project requirements.
