Model #315 Foot / Filtering Valve

If large debris is a threat to your application, our Model #315 Foot Filtering valve may be the solution to this problem. The #315 is typically used as an inlet with an internal Model #150 or Model #160 cartridge valve, as well as your choice of a variety of barbed or NPT outlets available in our Series 300 Modular Check Valves. The filtering or foot part of this valve can be dipped into a tank or any type of atmosphere to prevent larger particles such as leaves, rocks, sticks, etc. from interfering with a line. Model #315 is especially popular within the Water Treatment and Pool & Spa industries. We offer Model #315 in 5+ plastic body materials (pictured here in Ultem®), 7+ o-ring materials, and opening pressures ranging from 0.11 to 20 PSI.

Model #330 Manual Relief Control Valve

Allowing users ultimate control, Model #330 Manual Relief Valve manages pressure relief at the touch of a button. The push button design comes into direct contact with the poppet, which allows no flow to pass through it until it is manually pressed. This design is different from our other check and pressure relief valves, which react to a set opening pressure. Pictured in red Polypropylene, the Model #330 is designed to vent pressure or be used as a vacuum. It works with liquid or air applications, but we recommend air in most cases because of hand to button contact. For easy installation in control panels or any flat surface, Model #330 is a 5/8 - 18 UNF (Unified National Fine) thread, and it can also be combined with any Series 300 end fitting.

Model #361 Smooth Stem at 3/8" size

With a smooth stem design, Model #361 fits tubing I.D. 3/8" (9.525mm), and as an end fitting, it can be paired with any other series 300 configuration to include a variety of barbed and NPT sizes, as well as foot or manual relief styles. The smooth surface of the Model #361 easily inserts into many quick-connect fittings including 3/8” push-to-connect. The #361 can also be inserted into 3/8” tubing using a variety of clamping mechanisms - making it ideal for a wide variety of industries including industrial (plumbing), automotive, food and beverage, and many others. Pictured in blue ABS, the #361 is available in 6+ plastics, 7+ o-rings, and opening pressures ranging from 0.11 to 20 PSI.

Luer Valve Options: Model #541 Female and Model #542 Male

Looking for Luer valve options? Smart Products USA offers a Female Luer Lock, Model #541 (pictured in yellow Polypropylene) and a Male Luer, Model #542 (pictured in orange and white Polypropylene). Both options can be mixed and matched with any end fitting options in our Series 500 Miniature Modular valves. The #541 and #542 are available in Polypropylene with several color coding options. The Female #541 is also available in additional plastic options to include PVDF, Polycarbonate, and Ultem®. Both models are available in 5+ o-ring options and opening pressures ranging from 0.09 to 20 PSI.
