By-Hand & Automated Assembly to Ensure Quality Products
|
At Smart Products USA, Inc., our assembly process is a combination of by-hand and automation. None of our valves are “off the shelf.” As a result, no one set assembly standard will suffice for building the ideal check / pressure relief valve for each customer’s specific design criteria.
 We have processes in place for every order, which are ISO documented. For the majority of orders, assembly is done by hand. The components we use are typically very small. Thus, individual placement and attention is typically more efficient versus machines. Pictured above are Model #122 valves in white Polypropylene with Silicone o-rings being assembled by hand.
 However, automation is often our preferred assembly method for our Series 300 Modular Check Valves. We have developed our own specialty machines capable of closing and latching the end fittings of this series, as well as testing each part. Pictured above are end fittings in black Nylon with Silicone o-rings being loaded for automated assembly.

Series 200 NPT & Metric Check Valves
 Combining a fitting and check valve in one part, our Series 200 Male NPT and Metric check / pressure relief valves are a great option for application environments that:
- Require NPT or Metric threading
- Involve vibrations, torqueing, or any high-stress environment
This series is available in Male NPT sizes 1/8” (Model #214) or 1/4” (Model #212) that feature a mix and match inlet and outlet design or use the same size configuration on both ends. We also offer a Metric M10 option to be combined with either of these Male NPT sizes. Our Metric options also feature an external o-ring for optimal sealing. Compression fitting Model #224 is available for use with Models #212 and #214 on inlet and outlet sides.
